Megan Costigan,

Megan is a lifelong Jersey City resident and experienced educator with more than 19 years serving students and families through Jersey City Public Schools. 

​

Over her career, she has successfully led annual philanthropic initiatives, expanded programs through community partnerships, and continues to bring a focus on equity, collaboration, and high expectations for all.

​

She joined the Family Promise Hudson County Board to support families in accessing the opportunities and resources they need to thrive.
