Personnel

As the senior case manager, Bernadette provides intake and  assessment and ongoing case management services for our Homelessness Prevention Program. She participates in the development and implementation of the Comprehensive Service Plan jointly with clients to establish measurable goals and objectives. She also conducts regular meetings with clients to perform an ongoing assessment of needs and provides comprehensive case management services to clients.
